And at times there occurs a situation when the entire family turns up its nose away from beef, you have something which is bound to deviate their attention and taste the dish to the fullest.

Green Pizza is a dish which is devoid of conventional ingredients used while making a pizza. It uses cooler-weather vegetables like broccoli and arugula as an unconventional pizza topping. Moreover it is quite easy, convenient and very speedy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound readymade or prepared pizza dough, preferably whole-wheat.
  • 5 ounces arugula (About 6 cups) all tough stems to be removed and chopped.
  • 2 cups chopped broccoli florets.
  •  1/4 Cup water.
  • Freshly grounded pepper in order to make it tastier.
  • ½ Cup prepared presto.

  • 1 Cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese.
  • Fresh Spinach (in case you want a milder flavor)

For Serving

  • Fresh Tomato
  • Vinegar
  • Olive Oil
  • Basil

Procedure

  • Place the oven rack in a low position and preheat it up to 450 degree. Place a baking sheet laced with cooking spray.
