Physical activities also should not be neglected during the menopausal period. Bone strengthening is provided with daily exercises and walks so that the effect of osteolysis is reduced. While regular and healthy nutrition supplied with exercises helps you to lose weight, it also provides you to keep your weight under control. If you pay attention to nutrition habits in climacteric period you can reduce the problems that the period creates as well as getting healthier.
